Our products are largely made out of cold rolled mild steel tubes that are processed on the main shop floor. Tubes are bent on rolling and bending hydraulic machines. Tapering of tubes are done with our self designed tapering hydraulic machine. Our products are assembled on engineered jigs and fixtures. Welding is done either on tig or mig welding machines. Facilities for stainless steel manufacture are also available within our facility.

Tubestyle is proud of the finish on our welded joints. All products are ground down to a seamless joint through a sandering process before powder coating.

Wood working for solid timber is available within the facility. In keeping with our desire to use eco friendly products, Tubestyle largely uses soft timber rather than hard timbers, unless specifically requested by our clients. We offer our customers services for hot pressed lamination, post forming and curvy linear edge banding.

Powder coating facilities are available in house. The plant meets pollution control standards. Tubestyle ensures that the pre treatment facility is constantly titrated to ensure a fine grade of cover before coating. Coating is under controlled conditions and all products are coated to a minimum of 65 microns. Cross hatch tests are randomly carried out on the products.

Packaging maintains the credo in our belief to use ecologically friendly products. Packaging materials used are invariably recyclable products such as corrugated sheets and/or boxes.
